Dear Alumni:

Hubei Medical University became Wuhan University School of Medicine more
than two years ago. Since then, we saw HMU integrated into Wuhan
University completely. Now, we are tying to register our Alumni as
nonprofit organization. A decision has to be made on which name we should
use. We are associated together because of HMU. I know how we feel when
we say we are HMU graduates. But somehow, we have to face the reality and
look forward. I propose six initial options for our association. Please
cast your votes by reply this Email.

1. Hubei Medical University Overseas Alumni Association

2. Wuhan University School of Medicine Overseas Alumni Association

3. Hubei Medical University Overseas Alumni Association (Now part of Wuhan
University School of Medicine)

4. Wuhan University School of Medicine Overseas Alumni Association (Former
Hubei Medical University Overseas Alumni Association)

5. Hubei Medical University-Wuhan University School of Medicine Overseas
Alumni Association

6. Wuhan University School of Medicine-Hubei Medical University
Overseas Alumni Association
