Dear Zhong Shen,

Thanks for your mail and congratulation when I got more difficult
job. Recently I'm very busy, A lot of things wait me to solve. Of course,
I like challenge, there are more space to develop in medical school.
I belive after a few years the situation will be changed.

From Wuhan University, we could get more financial support, strong
department of basic science will help us also. I will do my best to
introduce new idea, I hope the Alumni of Hubei Medical University
give me some advice, welcome them come back or spend short term in
medical school.

The condition of medical school will be improved and income of staff also
raised.

Please give my regard to all of our alumni.
