I talked to the top oncologist in my region yesterday about your situation after my wife, caiping, called you. I am hoping your genetic testing is positive. If true, there is very specific and effective chemo drug available for this type of adenocarcinoma. The problem is brain mets as chemo drug can not cross blood brain barrier so that radiation therapy +/- surgery for brain mets is unavoidable.
